PRIVACY POLICY
INTRODUCTION: Zeidler Floral Company, Inc. (Zeidler’s, Zeidler’s Flowers, Zeidler’s Flowers, Garden & Gifts,” “we,” “us,” “our”) understands and shares your concern about privacy. We want to assure you that your privacy is respected. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what personal information we may collect from you, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of the information. We collect passive information on products browsed via log files and we analyze this information in aggregate to ensure our site is merchandised in a manner that adds the most convenience and value to our customers. This policy applies only to customers in the United States.
As a part of our commitment to your privacy, we support and adhere to the guidelines and practices adopted by the Direct Marketing Association's "Privacy Promise to American Consumers." WHAT WE COLLECT: When an order is placed, we collect basic information which you provide to us, which in most instances includes your name, home address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. The purpose of collecting this information is primarily to confirm your order and to provide better customer service.

But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site. SECURITY OF INFORMATION: We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information that we collect. We utilize industry standard security measures that include a firewall, use of SSL encryption, and are PCI DSS compliant in order to keep this information secure. We use your Internet protocol address to help identify you and your shopping cart, and to gather broad demographic information. Our site uses cookies to keep track of the items in your shopping cart so you don't have to re-enter them each time you visit.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
